Weather Cancellations: - Weather-Related Cancellations: If weather conditions are unsafe for boating (e.g., storms, high winds), bookings will be canceled, and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. - Customer Cancellations Due to Weather: If the customer cancels due to weather, a refund will only be provided if you agree that conditions are unsafe, otherwise, rescheduling will be the preferred option. Late or No-Show Bookings: - Late Arrivals: Customers arriving late will still need to complete the full charter duration, as the schedule may not allow for extensions. - No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total booking fee will be charged to cover lost time. This will be waived if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance. Safety Considerations: - All passengers must wear life jackets while on board (provided). - The captain reserves the right to deny boarding if passengers are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. - Safety briefings are required before departure to ensure everyone understands the boat’s emergency procedures. Boat Rules: - No smoking or vaping on board. - Guests must respect the boat and its equipment, and any damage caused will be the responsibility of the renter. - Excessive noise (e.g., loud music) may result in early termination of the charter. - The boat must return to the dock by the end of the charter time; any time beyond the booked period will be charged at an hourly rate. Other Concerns: - Damage Fees: A damage deposit may be required before the charter begins. This deposit is refundable after the trip if no damage occurs. - Fuel Costs: Fuel is not included in the charter rate unless specified, and will be charged based on usage at the end of the trip.
