1. Age & License Requirements • All operators must be at least 18 years of age. • A valid, government-issued driver’s license is required. • Florida Boater Education Card may be required depending on age and state law. 2. Security Deposit ( GetMyBoat ) • A refundable security deposit (amount varies) is required before launch. • Deposit will be returned upon final inspection if no damages occur. 3. Safety & Equipment • Life jackets (USCG approved) are provided and must be worn at all times while operating or riding on the Jet Ski. • A safety briefing and basic instructions will be given before departure. 4. Fuel Policy • Jet Ski will be provided with a full tank of gas. • Please return the Jet Ski with a full tank, or a refueling fee will apply (75$). 5. Rental Duration & Late Returns • Rental periods are available in half-day or full-day options (exact times will be specified at booking). • A late fee may be charged if the Jet Ski is returned past the agreed-upon time. 6. Weather Conditions • Rentals may be rescheduled or canceled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions at the operator’s discretion. • If canceled by the operator for weather, you may be offered a full refund or rescheduled date. 7. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made by the renter within the allowed time frame (e.g., 48 hours before the rental) may receive a full or partial refund (specify your exact policy). • No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or partial rental fee. 8. Maximum Capacity & Restrictions • Each Jet Ski has a maximum passenger capacity (e.g., 3 riders). • Weight limits may apply; please inquire for details. • No alcohol or drugs permitted while operating the Jet Ski. 9. Damage & Liability • Renters assume full responsibility for any damage to the equipment during the rental period. • A signed waiver of liability is required before departure. • Any damages or losses will be deducted from the security deposit, and renters may be liable for additional costs if damages exceed the deposit. 10. Local Regulations • Renters must comply with all local boating laws and speed limits. • Failure to adhere to local regulations may result in termination of the rental without refund. 11. Operator Responsibility • Only the designated operator(s) who have signed the rental agreement and received the safety briefing may operate the Jet Ski. • Keep a safe distance from swimmers, divers, and other watercraft. • Use caution near reefs, shallow areas, and marine wildlife.
