Important Policies for Your Boat Rental Before setting out on your adventure, please review our key rental policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 1. Weather Cancellation Policy • Safety is our top priority. If severe weather (such as thunderstorms, high winds, or rough seas) prevents safe boating, we will offer a full refund or reschedule based on availability. • Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for weather-related cancellations. 2. Late or No-Show Policy • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for a safety briefing and check-in. • Rentals not claimed within 60 minutes of the scheduled time may be considered a no-show and will be non-refundable unless prior arrangements have been made. 3. Safety Requirements • The renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid boating license (if required by Florida law) and a valid ID. • A safety briefing will be provided before departure. All passengers must adhere to Coast Guard safety regulations. • Life jackets are provided for all passengers and must be worn by children 6 years and under at all times. 4. Boat Rules & Damage Policy • No glass containers, illegal substances, or excessive alcohol consumption is permitted onboard. • The renter is responsible for any damages to the boat or equipment during the rental period. A security deposit may be required. • The boat must be returned on time and in the same condition as when it was rented. Late returns may result in additional fees. 5. Fuel Policy • Rentals are provided with a full tank of fuel. Renters are responsible for refueling or will be charged based on usage upon return. 6. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental will receive a full refund. • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, except in cases of verified emergencies or weather cancellations. By booking a rental, you agree to abide by these policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before your trip.
