Cancellations & Weather Policy - You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel at least 5 days prior to your scheduled departure. - Light rain or cloudy skies will not qualify for cancellation or refund. - In the event of an 80% or higher chance of thunderstorms on your rental day (as forecasted), we will gladly offer a full refund or reschedule. Pricing - Rental rates vary between weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You’ll receive an accurate quote at the time of inquiry. - Prices may fluctuate during peak times and holidays. Included Equipment - Your rental includes a 3-person towable tube, water skis, and a large floating pad at no additional charge. - Renters are responsible for refueling the boat to the starting tank level upon return. General Policies - We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion for any reason, including safety concerns or misuse of equipment.
