All payments are non-refundable under most circumstances. If a cruise is cancelled due to Government restrictions, a full credit will be provided, valid for 12 months. If a cruise is cancelled for operational reasons (or a reason not imposed by a Government institution or authority), you will be provided with the option to either rebook, receive a full credit or a refund. All measures will be taken to provide as much notice as possible. The Company is not liable for associated costs impacted by a cancellation (e.g. travel costs, hotel bookings, clothing or costumes purchased for a specific event etc). Bookings made through agents or partners maybe subject to the terms and conditions here and to those of the vendor.
