No more than 6 people are allowed to be passengers on the boat at any time. Cancellations: We understand trips are booked with the expectation of beautiful weather. But if the weather conditions are safe where a charter or rental can still occur, canceling due to unsatisfactory weather does not necessarily mean a refund is warranted. However, unless the Coast Guard issues an advisory or prohibits watercraft from going out on the water, any refund request for a weather cancellation will still need to be approved or authorized by the owner before GetMyBoat will issue a refund. *Should weather not permit safe conditions you will receive a credit to use at any later date or a full refund.
