Centrally located along the beaches of Pinellas County, it's a great place to learn the sport because we start on the protected inlets of Treasure Island. The crystal clear waterway separating Treasure Island from Madeira Beach is full of playful dolphins and manatees. We have seen more dolphins in the Pass than any of our other locations. The locals have even named some of them. You will run into some manatees too, while paddling the pass. We launch at Treasure Bay Resort and Marina and paddle down the canals. We paddle to Eleanor Island or Little Bird Key, and then relax on the sandbar. Whether you're on a SUP, you can swim, snorkel, and hunt for some conch shells while exploring the sandbar. Watching the sailboats traveling under the drawbridge into the sunset is quite breathtaking. You can also rent a paddleboard or kayak to take on your own or with your friends.
