Our policy includes the following: Event, & locations visited are weather dependent and may change on short notice. Participants must be capable of swimming without the floatation vest provided to be eligible to participate (swimming during the ride is optional).To participate, applicants must have the physical ability to sustain a 2hrs fast walk. This is to assess one's fitness level - we will NOT walk during the ride.In the event of cancellation by organisers, a full refund is due. Cancellations by clients within 24hrs from the event are lost. Cancellations by clients with more than a 24hrs notice are subject to a 5% charge. Replacement value vouchers are free of charge.The event is subject to a minimum number of participants. Punctuality when attending our activities is essential. Please be at our locations 30mins before your activity starts.
