**Team Building through Yacht Training** *Due to capacity and administrative considerations, we kindly request that you contact us regarding reservations with several days' notice. Effective team communication and performance are considered crucial resources for any organization. Yacht-based training, where teams navigate a yacht through potentially challenging conditions to reach a destination, serves as an impactful goal. This type of group training, aimed at maximizing organizational performance, is gaining significant attention even in Silicon Valley, USA. Course Features: - Teams will alternate between roles as the leader (skipper) and followers (crew). This role rotation allows members to observe unexpected facets of their colleagues' personalities, fostering mutual recognition of new aspects of each member and contributing to improved team dynamics. - Participants will share exhilarating experiences aboard the yacht. This training emphasizes the unique potential of the sea and sailing, offering a distinctive experience compared to other sports or fields. - The training methodology follows the globally recognized ASA (American Sailing Association) yacht education system, which has over 830,000 licensed members worldwide. - The course lasts one day but can be adjusted to fit your preferred schedule.
