We rent a boat every year that we visit and Nathan was the best host ever! We will only rent with Nathan from now on! Easy access from Charlotte, it was also the shortest drive for us! Public restrooms at the dock, large picnic area.

Additional Terms & Information
Must be 27 years old with previous boating experience and valid DL. If born after Jan 1st 1988, must also have proof of completed NASBLA certification course. I liability waver must be signed prior to launch, along with valid DL and proof that boater safety course has been completed if born prior to Jan 1 1988. When life does unexpectedly happen, want to help as much as can. Below is the standard cancelation policy. - If the reservation is canceled within 3 calendar days of the trip date, 100% of the reservation is refunded. - If the reservation is canceled within 2 calendar days of the trip date, 50% of the reservation is refunded. - If the reservation is canceled under 1 calendar days of the trip date, 0% of the reservation is refunded. We want you to be safe. That being said, just because it is not ideal conditions (i.e. cloudy, chilly, or light rain etc.), does not constitute bad weather. However, we do offer trip insurance that can be added on to your rental, which gives you full cancelation options! If the weather is dangerous (lightening, heavy rain, lake warnings, etc…), we will work with you to book another time slot for your rental or issue a refund. No show booking will not be refunded.
