• Rental Duration: Choose from half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours) rentals. • Age and License Requirements: Must present a valid drivers license. • Deposit and Payment: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due before departure. • Cancellations and Weather Policy: Cancellations made at least 120 hours before the rental will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours, except for severe weather conditions, in which case rescheduling or a refund will be offered. • Late Returns and No-Shows: Late returns will incur an additional fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. • Safety Considerations: Life jackets and all required safety equipment are provided and must be used according to state laws. • Boat Rules: No smoking, no pets, and no glass containers are allowed on the boat. The boat must be returned in the same condition as it was rented; any damage or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges. • Fuel Policy: Fuel is included. • Prohibited Activities: Towing activities (e.g., water skiing, tubing) are not allowed unless specified in advance.
