Private Charters: - Captain and Deckhand included in cost of charter - All passengers must complete waiver of Liability form prior to leaving slip - No red spice or sauces or snacks that can stain the white leather - No Spray on Sunscreen (will discolor Gelcoat and seating) - No glass beer bottles - No pets Safety: - Captain's decisions regarding the safety of the vessel and passengers are final. - Captain has authority to cancel charter at anytime and return to dock immediately, at their discretion, if guests become unruly or put themselves or other guests in danger of personal injury. Cancellations: - Full Refund: Cancellations must be made via phone at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the scheduled private charter. - Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the charter will receive a 50% refund. - Non-Refundable: No-shows and Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the private charter will be charged the full price. - Operator Cancellations: If the operator cancels due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or mechanical failure, customers will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
