The 20% Captain's gratuity is not included in the booking price and paid directly to your captain on the day of your booking! CANCELLATION POLICY 75% refund of offer amount up to 7 days prior to booking date. After this date, no refunds will be issued for any cancellations or NO SHOWS. Customers may request to reschedule for 100% credit towards the new booking date. Customers will also receive a refund in case of operator cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations due to severe weather are determined at the start time of the rental and based on the current conditions at the lake and not in other areas of Austin. We do not cancel or make advanced decisions based on the forecast. If severe weather prevents us from completing your reservation as planned, we will only charge for the time on the boat. Brandon was a great captain! He made sure to be prepared with a cooler floats and a great speaker. He also made sure we got a great spot on the lake, it’s safe to say if I’m ever back in lake Travis i would hope to have Brandon again as my captain

Absolutely incredible experience. We asked our captain to take us to Devil's Cove to see what the party scene is about and Wes took us right there and taught us how to link up to other boats to join the party. The flotation lily pad thing was so fun to hang out on too. Would 100% recommend this company and our captain Wes!
