Weather Cancellations - Safety is our top priority. In case of adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe seas), the charter may be rescheduled or fully refunded. - Final decisions will be made by the captain for the safety of all passengers and crew Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Late Arrivals: Charters will depart at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your trip duration may be shortened without a refund. - No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for your booking will result in a full charge with no refunds. Safety Considerations - Life jackets and safety briefings are mandatory for all passengers before departure. - Passengers must adhere to all crew instructions at all times. - No dangerous or reckless behavior will be tolerated onboard. Boat Rules - No Smoking onboard the vessel. - Respect the boat and its equipment; any damages will be charged to the guest responsible. - Guests are welcome to bring food ( Halal only - No Pork ) and beverages, but excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited for safety reasons. Children & Pets - Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult and wear life jackets at all times. - Pets are not allowed 7.
