Half-day charters (4 hrs.) or full-day charters (8 hrs.) can be booked for up to 12 guests, and you’ll be treated to a beautiful, relaxing and fun time on the water. Our charter will take you through the harbor and out onto the ocean, cruising down the coast to Laguna Beach or Emerald Bay or Dana Point. You’ll have plenty of time to sightsee along the coast, look for dolphins, whales and sea lions. You can also sit and anchor in a lovely cove. Feel free to discuss with our captain where you would like to go and do on the water. Amenities onboard include a restroom, enclosed storage for personal belongings, air-conditioned cabin, premium sound system, outdoor seating for sunning, lounging, and eating, and a freshwater shower to rinse off after swimming. Ice and drinking water are included. You are welcome to bring food and drinks of your choice on board (please note, no smoking onboard). Day trips to lovely Catalina Island are available with a full day booking (8 hrs.). Fuel surcharge will be applied. Please Note: This is a bareboat charter and if you have a captain that wants to charter this boat that isn't a problem as long as the captain has a captain's license and has insurance or get approved on our insurance. Boarding - Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure - Matching photo ID required at check in. - Renter is required to verify their identity prior to boarding. Additional rules - Your captain will contact you for charter details and to review the rules of the boat. - Please have your photo ID ready at the time of boarding. The boat is not permitted to leave the dock until ID has been verified. Rules: - No pets - No smoking - No illegal drugs (including marijuana) - No open flames - Pre-wash any new swimsuits/towels, they will STAIN when wet - No shoes on the boat - Obey the Captain at all times Note: The Captain has the authority to terminate the charter at any time if the rules of the vessel are not followed. No refund will be issued if the Captain is forced to terminate the charter. Cancellation Policy: Five days prior to your departure you can cancel the boat and received a 100% full refund
