Super clean, sanitized boat. accommodates up to 6 passengers total. - This boat is not equipped to accommodate people with special needs and is not recommend for elderly passengers as boarding the boat off the dock would pose as a challenge - NO PETS ALLOWED including Service Dogs - This Boat is for Harbor Cruising ONLY! This boat does NOT go into the Ocean!!** - Tips appreciated - Boat reservation is subject to day of cancellation for rescheduling (not a refund) if there is a High Craft Wind Warning ⛔️ that day. Safety First! - This Duffy holds 6 passengers total, including Captain. - The Renter, who is the only Captain, must provide a Normal Valid C Class Driver’s License. - The canvas top is NOT to be removed or undone! - No renting at night in the dark.  Daylight hours only! - Bring your own food and drink.  Cooler Chests are NOT allowed. Do not bring ice on board. Pack any food and drink small in size and light in weight, a charcuterie box is ideal. - Boat shoes only. Sneakers are perfect. No heals or boots. - Everyone in party must arrive 15 minutes prior to booking to allow time for Boat Operation Instruction, Safety Rules, and sign the Release of Liability Waiver. - Captains are available for an additional $75 per hour. Please inquire. No refunds granted once a Captain is booked. - Bring your own Bluetooth radio. - Duffy’s are electric boats so there is no gas to replace!
