Sailing tour over the Coastline of Lagos & Portimão, on a Luxury Sailing Yacht. On the way you will see several beaches until we reach Portimão. This is a privilege point, where the Algarve line coast is divided from sandy coast to rocky coast, and in this tour you can see them both. After that the boat will turn back to Lagos Marina. On the way, the crew can stop for you to have a Ocean swim (according to the sea and weather conditions – safety first). The rest is relaxing, have some sun, hear some music and have some fun! 3 cabins with double berths + 1 cabin with twin berths. 2 Showers with hot water: in the marine head and aft 3 toilets with sinks: in the marine head and 2 in aft Saloon with comfortable settee Luxuriously styled Television, Radio and speakers integrated inside and outside of the boat (possible phone connection to play music) Table with large compartment for nautical charts and navigation instruments Saloon table Sideboards with stowage space and lockers Galley: cooker with oven, half-cardanic insulated cooling box and fridge with deep freezer Stowage with drawers and dropdoors Stowage with dishes, pots and cups (kitchen equipment) Heating integrated in each cabin

We had in afternoon out on Manuel's boat and it was perfect. Manuel stopped to let us swim, and let us eat and drink the afternoon away while dancing around to music. He was very accommodating and encouraged us to have a good time. The boat is a great size, 7 of us had plenty of room to sit inside or sunbathe outside. Highly recommend.

Cancellation by Client Should the charter of the booked Boat be cancelled by Client, whatever the reasons may be, the Client shall be liable to inform the Company per email about the cancellation without delay. Client shall be charged for the cancellation in the amount of: – up to 100% of the full accommodation rate if the cancellation has been done up to 30 calendar days prior to the starting date of accommodation – up to 50% of the full accommodation rate if the cancellation has been done less than 30 calendar days prior to the starting date of accommodation, – up to 0% of the full accommodation rate if the Client has managed to find another client for the cancelled period. The date of the receipt of the cancellation notice in writing shall be the basis for the settlement of the stated cancellation charges. Exceptionally, should a cancellation of the yacht charter booking be done owing to the Act of God, i.e. objective serious reasons stated and proven by Client (death in the near family, serious sudden health condition, a serious accident, etc.), the Company may allow the Client to use the already paid amount as a pre-payment for the next booking within one year period. In this category of cancellations are also the situations when the Client does not come for the check-in (non-show-up case), or when the Client leaves the Vessel prior to the contracted check-out time (early-abandon case) – in all such cases the 100% cancellation fee applies and Client does not have a right for any refund. Cancellations by Company Should the booking be cancelled by Company, then Company will offer to Client full refund of all amounts that Company has received from Client for the Boat. Client acknowledges that in case when severe damages of the Vessel have occurred during the previous charters, or due to events such as acts of God, Company is objectively not guilty for this, and thus Client shall aim to be cooperative towards finding appropriate alternative solution under the given circumstances.
