Atlantic Family Water Tours – Weather Refund Policy At Atlantic Family Water Tours, the safety and satisfaction of our guests are our top priorities. We closely monitor weather conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience on the water. However, due to the unpredictable nature of weather, we have established the following weather-related refund policy: - Weather-Related Cancellations by Atlantic Family Water Tours: If Atlantic Family Water Tours determines, at its sole discretion, that weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for departure, we will offer guests the following options: a) Reschedule: Guests may reschedule their charter for a mutually agreed-upon future date, subject to availability. b) Full Refund: If rescheduling is not possible or preferred, guests will receive a full refund of any payments made. - Partial Trip Weather Interruptions: If a charter must be terminated early due to weather conditions beyond our control, the following refund policy applies: a) Less Than 50% of Scheduled Charter Time Completed: If less than fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled charter duration is completed, guests will be eligible for a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total charter fee. b) More Than 50% of Scheduled Charter Time Completed: If fifty percent (50%) or more of the scheduled charter duration is completed, no refund will be issued. - Guest-Initiated Cancellations Due to Weather Concerns: If guests choose to cancel their charter due to personal concerns about the weather, but Atlantic Family Water Tours deems the conditions safe for operation, the standard cancellation policy will apply, and no refund will be issued. - Definition of Charter Duration: Charter duration is calculated from the scheduled departure time until the time the vessel returns to the dock. Delays or interruptions caused by weather, at the captain’s discretion, will be included when assessing eligibility for refunds. - Force Majeure: Atlantic Family Water Tours is not liable for cancellations or delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions. By booking a charter with Atlantic Family Water Tours, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Weather Refund Policy.
