CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be emailed for time stamp. No phone calls (C1)You must notify us 10 day before your reservation date if you decide to cancel for any reason other than C2, to receive a full refund (-20% administration fee). You may also reschedule with a 10 day notice. We need time to rebook your reservation time and date or we reserve the right to fully charge you for your reservation.  (C2)This is a RAIN or SHINE event. Light rain on the day of your event does not justify cancellation. In an event of unsafe weather at the time of your rental we will cancel at no charge but we will not cancel base on the forecast but rather the day of conditions. Any payments will be refunded if reservation are cancelled by the company due to severe weather (-20% administration fee) or you may option to receive a gift card at 100% value of your reservation to reschedule to another date.  (C3)Less than 10 day notice or No show will not be refunded nor rescheduled (no exception).  (C4)No refund nor reschedule on Holiday weekend reservations unless C2. (C5)There is No compensation for late arrivals or early return.
