Cancellation: -Reservations are first booked, first served. -passengers 11 years of age or younger are required to wear life jackets the entire time aboard the boat (life vests provided) -Late or no-show bookings are non-refundable. Your reserved time slot begins promptly, and late arrivals will shorten your allotted time as we cannot extend it. Please be punctual, as rentals are often consecutive. -If a reservation is canceled up to 3 days in advance, the -deposit amount can be applied at a later date within the same season. Within the 3 day period, the renter is responsible for the entire deposit amount and cannot reschedule. -You are responsible for damages incurred on the boat! -We will allow a "Rain Check" in the event of inclement weather
