Renter must be at least 18 years of age in order to rent equipment. If staff find that you are not, we reserves the right to cancel my rental with no refund. . Renter agree that all riders are at least 16 years of age. All riders are at least 16 years of age in order to ride a Jet Ski. If staff find that they are not, we reserves the right to cancel my rental with no refund. Group Size Agreement | Please Read Carefully I understand and agree that I am being truthful about my group size. If my driver list expands between when I book and my rental date, I will inform us so arrangements can be made. Sometimes emergencies happen and make you cancel all your plans. We totally understand but making a booking with us constitutes your understanding and acceptance of this policy. -Before 48 hours: Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the rental. -Less than 24 hours: No refunds, no reschedules if canceled less than 24 hours before the rental start time. It is very easy to avoid damage to our equipment if you follow our instructions and operate the watercraft in a safe and responsible manner. But accidents happen, you will be responsible, and you will have to pay fees for the damages. We charge $6 per gallon if the jet ski is returned with an empty tank of gas, a refueling fee for 8 gallons of $48 will be charged. This fee covers the cost of the gas and a service charge for refueling.
