### Rental Terms Overview **Weather Cancellations:** If weather conditions are deemed unsafe or poor condition, we will reschedule your booking at no extra cost or provide a full refund. **Late or No-Show Bookings:** Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice will result in a forfeited booking. No-shows will be charged the full rental fee. **Safety Considerations:** All passengers 12 and under must wear life jackets while on the boat. A brief safety orientation and boat usage will be provided before departure. **Boat Rules:** Please respect the equipment and return the boat in the same condition to avoid additional charges. **Other Concerns:** A valid license is required for renter. Only 21 years and older for driving the boat. Any damages to the boat, prop, or gear or equipment will be the renter's responsibility and will result in additional charges.
