Moonshine Ridge Recreation Kayak Rental Terms Rental Duration - Minimum Rental: 4 hours - Maximum Rental: 8 hours Alcohol Policy - No Alcohol Permitted: Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on rented kayaks. Additional Terms and Conditions - Safety Equipment: All kayaks are equipped with required safety equipment, including life jackets. Proper use of safety equipment is mandatory. - Weather Conditions: Rentals are subject to weather conditions. Moonshine Ridge Recreation reserves the right to cancel or modify rentals due to inclement weather. - Damage and Loss: Renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of the kayak or its equipment.
