ARRIVAL: Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your cruise starts. If parking, we recommend 20-30 minutes early. If late for a private cruise our captain wait up to 30 minutes before it is considered a no-show. ou timeframe is locked in and during the summer months we do multiple trips a day so we cannot deviate from the time slot. Chances are a group is booked right after yours. If you are late, we cannot add time on to the original ending time. CUSTOMER CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be made no later that 1 week before your cruise for a full refund. Cruises cancelled between 7 days - 72 hours will receive an 80% refund. Bookings cancelled under 72 hours are considered a no-show and there is no refund. WEATHER: All weather decisions and cancellations will not be made until the day of your cruise. It is at the captains professional discretion as to when/if we cancel a cruise due to weather. If our captain does cancel, you will receive a full refund for your hourly rate. Any third party fees are not guaranteed. Note: We don't count cloudy days as bad weather. GRATUITY: Is NOT automatically included. Our captains have a Venmo QR and accept cash. The crew and reservation staff work very hard to prep and clean-up after each trip to ensure you have the best cruise! We love what we do and want to make sure you have a wonderful time. CAPTAIN'S DISCRETION: If the captain deems the behavior unsafe, too sexually explicit, or discriminatory, it is at the captain's discretion to halt any behavior, music, alcohol consumption, or cruise. This is rare, but we do want to look out for your safety and respect others around us while on the waterways.
