Late arrivals may result in a shortened trip, and no-shows will not be refunded. - Safety Considerations: - - All passengers must follow the captain's instructions at all times. - Life jackets are available on board and must be worn if instructed by the crew. - Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation, but any disruptive behavior will result in the termination of the trip without refund. - Boat Rules: - - Smoking is strictly prohibited on board. - Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved during booking. - Guests are responsible for keeping the boat clean and treating all equipment with care. - Damages: - - Any damages caused by guests to the boat or its equipment will be charged to the responsible party.
