Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Weather Policy: Safety is our priority. In case of severe weather conditions as defined by the National Weather Service (e.g., hurricanes, lightning storms), customers will be allowed to reschedule their rental at no additional cost or receive a full refund. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Late arrivals will result in reduced rental time. Customers who fail to show up for their booking without notification will be charged the full rental rate. Safety Rules: All renters must comply with local boating laws and safety regulations. Life jackets provided must be worn at all times. A brief safety instruction and operational tutorial will be given prior to the rental. Renters must be 18 years or older to operate the jet skis and have a valid ID. Additionally, individuals born on or after January 1, 1988, must have a boating safety education ID card or a temporary certificate to operate a jet ski. Damage Policy: Renters are responsible for any damages caused to the jet skis during their rental period. No deposit is required; however, we must retain a valid ID and credit card on file until the jet ski is returned.
