- Weather Policy: Charters may be rescheduled or canceled only in the event of unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, high winds) as determined by the captain. Rescheduled trips are subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for weather cancellations unless deemed unsafe by the captain. - Late or No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the scheduled boarding time. A late arrival of over 30 minutes will result in a shortened trip without refund. No-shows will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee. - Safety Considerations: The captain's decision is final regarding all safety matters. Guests must follow the crew's instructions at all times. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the charter without refund. - Boat Rules: No shoes are allowed onboard. No red wine, pets, hookah, or balloons are permitted. Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Glass containers are not allowed for safety reasons. Excessive alcohol consumption or unruly behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. - Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the vessel or equipment due to negligence, misuse, or non-compliance with crew instructions. - Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled charter will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the charter date are non-refundable.
