We strive to provide the highest level of service and ensure that your experience on our luxury private day charter vessel is unforgettable. Please review the following cancellation and rescheduling policy to help us serve you best in the event of unforeseen circumstances. - Emergency Cancellations (24-Hour Notice) In the case of an emergency, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If a cancellation is necessary due to an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate alternative dates or provide a partial refund depending on the situation. Please contact us directly for assistance. - Weather Conditions We want to ensure your safety and comfort while aboard. In the event of adverse weather conditions (such as storms, high winds, or unsafe conditions), we reserve the right to reschedule the charter for a later date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. - Cancellation by Charterer More Than 14 Days Prior: If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so more than 14 days prior to the charter start date for a full refund of the Charter Fee. 14 Days or Less: A $250 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 7-14 days of the scheduled charter.  A $500 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 2 – 7 days of the scheduled charter.  For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled charter, the entire charter fee is non-refundable and forfeited. - Special Circumstances (Guests Flying Out the Next Day) if you are unable to reschedule due to travel constraints, such as flying out the following day, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider providing a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability and specific circumstances. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to discuss options. - No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your scheduled charter or cancellation on the day of the event will result in a forfeiture of the entire Charter Fee.
