75% refund up to 3 days prior.
Charter fees are payable in full at time of Booking. Charterer will have right of a 75% refund if Cancelled up to 3 days prior to their scheduled Charter date. Or mutually agreed rescheduled date. The Charterer will pick from a minimum of 4 captains pre-approved by the Owner or the Broker and is responsible for operating expenses for the term of the Charter Period. The Charterer has the sole responsibility and duty to determine whether such insurance coverage and applicable deductibles are adequate and appropriate for the Charterer's purposes and, if necessary, arrange for additional coverage, at least to the extent of covering liability not included in the Owner's insurance, prior to commencement of the Charter. Subject to Florida Laws governing Bareboat Charters.
