She is a 2012 sail yacht, slightly longer than 13 meters length and 4 meters beam, with three cabins and two heads and fully equipped with all required material for a safe and relaxing sail. With Epoxy reinforced hull, self-tacking jib, main sail electrical winch and bow thruster, Artic does not require an expert crew to enjoy a pleasant sailing. Should this contract be cancelled for any cause attributed to THE CLIENT, the cost to cancel the reservation would be as follows: 30% of the total yacht charter price if a reservation has been cancelled more than 2 months prior to the first charter day.50% of the total yacht charter price if a reservation has been cancelled more than 1 month but less than 2 months prior to the first charter day.100% of the total charter price if a reservation has been cancelled less than a month prior to the first charter day.100% of the total charter price if THE CLIENT does not come for the check-in (non-show-up case), or when THE CLIENT leaves the Boat prior to the contracted check-out time (early-abandon case).
