Terms and Conditions I. The cost of chartering must be covered in full before departure, otherwise the trip will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. II. The vessel will come out regardless of the weather (rain or shine). If the port is closed during the trip, the output can be restricted at times to do it within the bay. The rain is not a reason to cancel or reschedule the trip. III. If the port is closed due to a circumstance of extreme weather such as Hurricane, Tornado Lightning or some where dangerous to be in the sea, we reserve the right to reschedule the chartering no additional cost. IV. The captain has the final decision to determine whether the chartering must be rescheduled or canceled due to any of the above conditions and make a full or partial refund according to each circumstance, where appropriate. V. I There will be no reimbursement for dizziness. VI. Customers will be responsible for boat damage or loss of equipment in case of negligence and, as applicable, a voucher card open credit or payment of a security deposit (refundable) upon signature of this contract leave. VII. Additional hours can be purchased on board at a price as applicable cost for each vessel. VIII. Cancellations within a period of 72 hrs apply a refund of 50% of the total chartering. Failure to cancel and/or no show, no refund. IX. The boat rental time starts from the contracted time, whether or not the passengers on board. X. The Captain shall have the authority to cease the trip if passengers are carrying out activities that endanger the integrity of the vessel and / or its occupants by improper, inconsistent or behavior contrary to the service for which he was hired and no refund by that chartering. Being able to share the relevant authorities in the case of illegal activities. XI. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
