Great experience renting with Captain Harry. Very convenient pickup experience and he took us to some really nice spots on the lake. The boat was in great condition and we really had a blast.

To ensure the safety of all guests, rentals will not be available during severe weather conditions. If your reservation is flexible, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling; otherwise, a refund will be provided for your rental. Cancellations are accepted up to 5 days before the rental date for a full refund; however, within 5 days, there are no refunds, including for no-shows. In Texas, individuals born after September 1, 1993, must complete a boater education course before departure. https://tpwd.texas.gov/education/boater-education/boater-education-online-courses Each person on the boat must sign a waiver. It is mandatory by law to properly secure life jackets for passengers under the age of 13. Boat Rules: - Must be at least 25 to rent a boat and copy of divers license required for the captain of the boat. - A wavier for each guest must be signed, anyone under the age of 18 must have a guardian sign. - Purchasing peer to peer liability insurance from Buoy Insurance is required. - NO HARD LIQUOR OR GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED ON BAORD THE BOAT. - No one on the boat may be intoxicated (Texas legal limit is .08%). - No one under the age of 21 may posses or consume alcohol per Texas Law. - Maintain safe speed, monitor surroundings, drive defensively, and avoid aggressive maneuvers. - Keep a safe distance from other boats, objects, and individuals. - Only enter the water with a lifejacket when the engine is off and the key is removed. - Perform a head count before starting the engine. - Stay seated while the boat is in motion at all times. - Do not sit on the bow, sides, or stern when boat is in motion. - Engine shut-off cord/kill switch lanyard must be worn by driver at all times the boat is in motion. - Follow proper engine start and shut-off procedures. - Be aware of the dangers of CO2. - Follow refueling procedures and use the engine blower if necessary. - Learn how to wear a lifejacket correctly, including size requirements for each individual. - Signal danger or a need for assistance by sounding five blasts of the horn or whistle. - Remember that boats do not have brakes, so stopping the engine will not stop the boat. - Understand proper boat anchoring procedures if applicable. - Familiarize yourself with navigation rules, local laws, regulations, hazards, and navigational markers. - Follow safety guidelines for towing sports if permitted, such as water skiing, wakeboarding, or tubing. - Fuel - Return the boat full upon return RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FOR HOLIDAY WEEKS.
