Had a really fantastic cruise with close friends -5 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 11. Boat is fabulous, crew was great and Capt. Max was the best from start to finish. Listen to his recommendations - he knows what he’s doing. This was a special trip and one that my group will remember fondly for a long time.

I highly recommend Captain Max and the Encore yacht. Follow the rules and you'll have an enjoyable time. Throughout the booking process, He is very responsive. It's a beautiful yacht! The main goal is to protect and maintain the yacht while delivering a fun day on the water. First Mate, MJ is amazing...skilled, helpful, and a great personality. You won't regret booking with Captain Max. This private charter saved my 40th birthday celebration since all other plans were cancelled due to covid.

We recommend this boat 100% took clients for 5 hours around the hudson and the vibe was perfect! Captain was very professional and the crew was super nice ! We had the crew always asking if we need it something! 5 stars for the boat and crew! We will def be back

Hello,we are a 100 ton USCG licensed captains with over 25 years of experience in boating industry.Our company based in New York city.We are taking people out for a cruses around Manhattan NY, Long Island, New Jersey and more.We also do fishing trips. From our beautifully appointed luxury yachts with gorgeous decor, the stunning views from New York Harbor, and delightful menus to exceptional, friendly service. Please Note: 4 hours is a minimum cruise. • $1900 is the minimum charge for 4 hour trip, commissions are not included • Each additional hour is $575 per hour • We offer standard bookings from 10AM-2PM or 4PM-8PM, (we are flexible with 6+ hour trips) • Trip usually includes captain and one mate-$300 per 4 hours and $700 per 8 hours- must be paid at the base • On bare boat rental max amount of people is 12, no exceptions, it's a USCG law. • For companies 8 people and over, 10% gratuity is applied for a cleaning crew. • Fuel is a separate charge, based on a market price • Normal operating hours are 10AM-6PM, trips after 6PM are subject to extra $100 per hour for the after hour crew shift. • NO infants allowed, ONLY kids 3 years old and older are allowed on the boat • No smoking of any kind of tobacco or weed is allowed, electronic cigarettes ONLY • Guests are welcome to bring their own food and alcohol • Bare feet or boat shoes only, never worn on the street. No heels allowed. • All extra charges are due on the day of the trip - We will not be responsible for any valuables or goods brought or left on the boat during or after the trip. We only offer a bare-boat rental agreement and bare-boat rental on parties over 6 people. No swimming allowed on short trips.
