If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur charges. Late or No-show Bookings: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to ensure a prompt start. We reserve the right to release your booking if you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, and no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Safety Considerations: Your safety is paramount. You release the Owner from all liability, claims, and demands related to any injury, illness, or damage suffered during or as a result of your rental, regardless of whether such risks are known or unknown to you at the time of booking. Boat Rules: To ensure a pleasant experience for all renters, we ask that you respect the following rules: - Only the agreed number of passengers are allowed on board. - No smoking or alcohol consumption on the boat. - Please keep noise levels respectful of others enjoying the water. - Pets are not permitted unless otherwise specified.
