RENTAL CONDITIONS - The rental price includes daily berth only in Aci marina Split/Marina Kaštela on check-in and check-out day (first and last day of charter). In case if client stays in marina next day after 2 pm additional berth fee will be charged directly to the client. - Client/skipper allows charter reception to copy original personal documents (passport or ID, skipper and VHF license) for internal official use (in case of need to report to official authorities) and according GDPR policy - General Data Protection Regulation. - Client/skipper guarantee that all datas on the crew list are truth and valid – the passengers on the crew list are the same as passengers on board. In the case that the crew changes during the charter client/skipper is obligated to inform nearest Harbour Master's Office or our company reception to update the crew list. - During the check-in procedure the client/skipper is obliged together with our company representative to inspect the vessel thoroughly, to notice and to report any kind of defects or missing equipment on board. Only this complaints during check-out procedure will be taken into consideration. When the client/skipper signs the „check list“ it is considered that he is informed and completely satisfied with the technical characteristics, boat's equipment and functions, and that he is accepting the boat as it is. Before leaving the marina boat papers and official crew list must be on the boat. In case of losing the boat papers or leaving it in the marina or any other ports, the production of new boat's-document-folder will be charged 50 EUR. - Client/skipper is recommended to sail under safe weather conditions (max. wind speed 25 knots) because the performances and equipment of the boats are provided only for regular charter use (not for extreme weather conditions). The client/skipper is obligated to go 2 - 3 times per week to the marina/harbor to fully recharge the boat's batteries. - If the client/skipper has any technical problems on the boat he must immediately inform our company about it. If the problem was caused by boat's imperfection our company is obligated to solve the problem within 24 hours starting from the moment of receiving the information from the client. Only in the case if the problem was not solved within mentioned time frame the client has right to make a claim. Refund is not applicable if the problem was caused by client's wrong handling or misuse the boat. - Major damages or accidents if happens during charter period the client/skipper need to report immediately (12 hours) to Maritime Officials (Harbor Captain or Police-legal obligation) to make the statement of the accident and to inform the Charter base as well, otherwise the subject case will not be admitted by the Insurance company according to the Insurance Policy Regulations. - Client/skipper should return boat back to marina base on Friday afternoon to avoid rush hour. The boat must be returned to the Charter Company in same condition as was taken over, seaworthy and with full fuel tanks. In case that client did not return the boat with full fuel tank, extra will be charged for the amount of missing fuel + penalty 30 % of security deposit. On Saturday morning TILL 9:00 AM all passengers with their possessions must be disembarked to enable the check-out procedure with our company representative. In case of clogged toilet the cleaning will be charged 125 EUR at the reception. - Deposit cannot be returned on Friday evening if client plans to spend the night on the boat and leave the boat early in the next morning before office hours (before 8:00 AM on Saturday). In this case the charter will keep the deposit and cancel it in the morning after determining that everything is in order on boat. In this option, the security deposit must be left on the credit card. If no damage is detected during the check out, Charter Company send the copy of destroyed deposit via e-mail, phone or fax to the client, as evidence. - Safety measures: the use of all standard and optional equipment on boat (gangway, safety net, SUP - Stand up Paddle, kayak, sea scooter, snorkeling equipment, etc.) is on client's responsibility and Charter Company disclaims any liability for a damage or associated injuries. - Client/skipper with this sign confirms that he has received general charter conditions together with yacht voucher/board pass before his arrival and that he is familiar with procedures and charter standards of our company
