Rental Rate: The base rental rate covers the use of the vessel only. Additional expenses, including but not limited to fuel, captain hire, and any optional equipment, are the responsibility of the renter and are not included in the base rate. Weather Cancellation Policy: Safety is our priority. Cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the designated captain or, in the absence of a captain, the vessel owner’s representative. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., high winds, storms, or other hazardous conditions), the charter may be canceled or rescheduled. In such cases, the renter will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the renter outside of weather-related concerns unless otherwise agreed upon. Captain (Required): This is a bareboat charter, and no captain is provided. Should the renter require a captain, one may be hired separately at the renter’s expense. The renter must coordinate captain arrangements in advance, and captain fees are subject to availability and prevailing rates. We are happy to provide a list of pre-qualified local captains.
