If a charter must be cancelled due to weather, we offer rescheduling options or a full refund. - Late or No-show Booking Policy: To ensure the smooth operation of our charters, punctuality is essential. Guests are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled departure. In the case of a late arrival exceeding 30 minutes without prior notice, the charter may be subject to cancellation without refund. - Safety Considerations: The safety of our guests is our top priority. All guests are required to adhere to safety briefings provided by the crew. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in termination of the charter without refund. - Boat Rules and Regulations: Guests are expected to respect the vessel and its surroundings. Guests are also reminded to dispose of waste responsibly to maintain cleanliness. - Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in provided receptacles to maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests. - Alcohol Consumption Policy: While we encourage our guests to unwind and enjoy themselves, excessive alcohol consumption that may endanger the safety and comfort of others is not tolerated. The crew reserves the right to limit alcohol consumption if deemed necessary. - Guest Conduct Policy: We promote a respectful and inclusive environment for all guests and crew members. Any behaviour deemed offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate will result in immediate removal from the charter without refund. - Children and Pets Policy: Children are welcome onboard under the supervision of adults. Pets may be allowed with prior arrangement and are subject to specific conditions outlined by the crew. - Cancellation and Refund Policy: Guests may cancel their booking up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled departure time.
