- Cancellation will be effective on the date MY Cruises receives a written cancellation. - Amendments to the reservation are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your amendment, however, additional charges may incur. - Cancellation 48 hours prior to the trip a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. - Cancellation received after 48 hours is nonrefundable. - For public holidays, cancellations received within fifteen (15) days of the trip shall be chargeable at 100% of the value. - In the event of a no-show, a 100% of the value shall be chargeable. - We may postpone your charter due to events beyond our control such as bad weather, mechanical failure, coast guard restrictions and enforcement of new laws.
