Gilbert is very friendly, helpful and generous, even when we returned half an hour late he didn‘t charge us extra. There were no hidden costs, the fuel price was appropriate. Gilbert explained everything to us, there were no questions left open and we had a great experience on his boat.

We were very happy to have been able to rent this boat. Communication was easy and we have no complaints. Gilbert explained all safety information, showed us how to dock the boat at our house, where the life vests and fire extinguishers were and answered our questions on water depth and spotting manatees. I would definitely rent from him again!

This was my first experience renting a “private boat” for a day. I could not have been happier. The boat was exactly as described, Gilbert was responsive and helpful in all aspects. This is not your average rental boat, it’s brand new, and a Bentley! Absolutely the best value for your money when it comes to renting a boat. We live in Cape Coral and we have rented many boats. • Gas policy: Use your own. Receive with a full tank, return full. Full tank will last for the 8 hour rental period. we fill up the boat , fuel charge is $46/quarter tank or any portion of. • Launch time: the agreed upon time when the renter (you) receives the boat. • Return time: the agreed upon time by which the renter (you) must return the boat • Launch and return times strictly enforced. • In the event of multi-day rentals, the boat can only be used between the hours of dusk till dawn. No night time boating allowed. • In case of bad weather, if notified at least by the night prior to rental date, I will agree to reschedule or refund. • We reserve the right to cancel in case of mechanical issues and bad weather. In the event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund will be issued. •All rentals include basic general liability insurance with an $1200 deductible. Towing service is included with the rental Towing service will not be provided if the boat is operated outside of the allowed rental hours (from dusk till dawn in the event of multi-day rentals). • It is renter's (your) responsibility to ensure weather conditions will allow for a timely return of the boat. Weather conditions do not relieve renter (you) from the responsibility of returning by agreed upon return time. • Before renter (you) can receive the boat, you agree to show your picture ID in order that we may take a picture of it. Upon request, you can do the same to the photo ID of the person handing you over the boat. • Damage inspection: before renter (you) can receive the boat, you will be asked to inspect the boat for any damages, interior or exterior, and to take a picture of any damages found. I will call your attention to any existing damages I am aware of, and will ask you to take a picture of them. Upon return, you are liable for any new damages of which you do not have picture proof of that would show that said damages already existed at the time you received the boat. • Earliest LAUNCH time on any given day is 9AM. • Latest RETURN time on any given day is 6:30pm • Renter (you) must have basic knowledge on how to operate a pontoon boat, and must have the required qualifications to be legally able to operate a watercraft in the state of Florida and surrounding waters. • In case of bad weather, if notified at least by the night prior to rental date, I will agree to reschedule or refund. • We reserve the right to cancel in case of mechanical issues and bad weather. In the event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund will be issued.
