The renter is also responsible for cleaning the boat and returning it in the same condition as when it was rented.  Weather: The rental company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a rental due to inclement weather or unsafe boating conditions.  Prohibited activities: The following activities are prohibited of driver while operating the boat: drinking alcohol, using illegal substances, operating the boat while under the influence, and exceeding the boat's maximum capacity.  Liability waiver: The renter will be required to sign a liability waiver before renting the boat.
