Lonnie is very nice and helpful. We arrived late for pick up and return. Of course I had called him to let him know but nothing meant a problem to him. I would rent again from Lonnie. Just 4 stars because the boat is not in the best condition.

I would be cautious in renting from Lonnie. I took a week after my experience to write my review. The long and short, is our boat broke down on day 2 of 3 due to a broken shifter cable. My experience up till that point was great. And hey, I fully understand things happen. It was gonna be a big deal for me. The problem was, I wanted a refund for 1/3 of what I paid since I lost OVER a day of boating. I paid $1500 total for 3 days, I wanted $500 back which I though was reasonable. I had to go through get my boat to get the refund, as he was ghosting me on getting a refund. Had he offered me a prompt refund, I would have left a 5 star review. He was prompt before we had an issue. Boat itself was ok nothing special but fine.
