Terms and Conditions 1. Earliest departure is 8.15am for boats and 9.00am for yachts. Departure time will be set by the client and won't affect the latest possible return time of 5.00pm. Departure and return times will not affect the rental price. 2. The captain may insist returning prior to 5pm for comfort and safety reasons due to changes in the day’s weather. 3. Unless specified the crew only speak Spanish. Guides in other languages can be provided for have an additional fee. 4. Transportation to and from the port of departure is not included (unless specified in your plan). This service can be provided for an additional fee. Cancellations 8. More than 30 days: full refund minus 5% charge of any payment transactions. 9. More than 7 days: full refund minus 5% of boat price and 5% of any payment transactions. 10. Less than 7 days: full refund minus 10% of boat price and 5% of any payment transactions. 11. The day prior: full refund minus 30% of boat price and 5% of any any payment transactions. 12. Cancellation due to bad weather (only made on the morning of the rental and at the discretion of our company): full refund minus 10% of boat price and 5% of any payment transactions. Rescheduling 13. More than 7 days prior to rental: no additional charges applied. Subject to availability of new date. 14. Less than 7 days prior to rental: additional 5% of boat price charged. Subject to availability of new date. 15. Less than 2 days prior to rental: additional 10% of boat price charged. Subject to availability of new date. 16. Rescheduling due to bad weather (only made on the morning of the rental and at the discretion of our company): no additional charges applied. Subject to availability of new date. In case the boat is not available for the next day: full refund minus 5% of boat price and 5% of any payment transactions. Changes by the rental operator 17. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond of the control of the rental operator, the hired boat is not available, all possible will be done to supply the hirer with a boat of equivalent comfort and capacity. If this is not possible, 100% is refunded minus financial fees applied to any transactions. Damages 18. In the event any damage is caused to the boat or to its contents, accidental or intentional, the customer is required to pay in full for any repairs or replacements.
