Where to start... Jake is great to work with, he accommodating and respectful. He provides everything you need to enjoy yourself on the water. The boat ran great, never had one concern. I'm an experienced boater and I know Havasu very well. We had the boat for several days. Jake would check in everyday, just to make sure all was good. When we head back to Havasu, I would hope to rent from Jake again.

Jake is a five star owner, going all in for his clients. Communication was absolutely the best, and he was very flexible agreeing on the time of pickup and return. He made it very easy to load and unload our stuff during launch and return directly on his trailer. We highly recommend his boat and services, and would definitely call him again if we come back any time soon.

Honestly for my first time renting a boat off a site or in general. Jake gave the best experience. As I’m very familiar with being out on the water. But it was so good to have a family friendly boat with our 1year old. The pick up and drop off was amazing and any issues he was just a text away. ( nothing happened with the boat) he would just text to make sure everything was good
