These terms of service (the "Agreement") outline the terms and conditions under which Jaxter Coron Boat Rental will provide private and exclusive island tours to the individual or group ("Client" or "You"). By booking a Private/Exclusive Island Tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Tour Confirmation: Your reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required payment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other reasons beyond our control. In such cases, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. It is important to highlight that in cases where weather conditions necessitate the cancellation of a tour, we are obliged to adhere to the guidance provided by the Philippine Coast Guard. Consequently, tours may be canceled based on their recommendations. Your safety is our utmost priority, and we appreciate your understanding regarding these circumstances. 2. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made by the Client are subject to the following refund policy: Cancellation more than 15 days before the tour: Full refund of the deposit. Cancellation 7 days or less before the tour: Deposit is non-refundable. No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable. 3. Tour Details and Modifications: The itinerary and details of the tour will be communicated to you in advance. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, activities, or other tour details due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. If you wish to make changes to the tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 4. Client Responsibilities: It is your responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Follow safety guidelines, instructions, and rules provided by the tour guide or Company representatives. Treat the environment, wildlife, and local communities with respect and follow sustainable tourism practices. 5. Liability: Participation in the tour involves some level of physical activity. You acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating and assume all risks associated with the tour. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. 6. Photography and Media: We may take photographs, videos, or other media during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating in the tour, you grant us permission to use such media without compensation or further approval. 7. Privacy: We will collect and store your personal information for the purpose of tour reservations and communication. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
