**Reservations and Payments:** All reservations are considered provisional until confirmed via email or phone call by the rental company. The client does not agree with the alternative date offered by the company, in case the selected boat cannot be provided on the agreed date. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance; otherwise, charges will apply or the reservation amount will be forfeited. **Cancellations and Refunds:** Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellation charges will apply for cancellations made within 3 days before the departure date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours before departure or for no-shows. **50% Refund of the Reservation up to One Week Before Check-In:** In case of cancellation up to one week before check-in, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded. **100% Refund for Cancellation Due to Error Within 24 Hours After Making the Reservation Payment, Provided More Than 9 Days Remain Before the Reservation:** In the event of a cancellation due to error, made within the first 24 hours after making the reservation payment and provided there are more than 9 days before the reservation date, a 100% refund will be issued. **No Refund for Cancellations Made Less Than One Week Before Check-In:** In the event of a cancellation made less than one week before check-in, no refund will be issued. **No Refund for Unused Days or Hours in Case of Early Termination by the Renter:** In case of early termination by the renter, no refund will be issued for unused days or hours. If you do not show up at the scheduled time, that time will be lost! **If You Cancel Within Less Than One Week Before Check-In, You Will Lose Your Reservation:** In the event of a cancellation made within less than one week before check-in, the customer will lose their reservation. **If the Owner Must Cancel Your Reservation Due to Force Majeure or a Technical Problem with the Boat, 100% of the Reservation Will Be Refunded:** In the event that the owner must cancel the reservation due to force majeure or technical problems with the boat, 100% of the reservation amount will be refunded. **In Case of Bad Weather on the Reserved Date:** In case of bad weather observed by the sailor on the reserved date, The company administration will provide alternative date options for the rental in the near future. If it is not possible to reschedule within the current season, a reservation voucher with a validity of one year will be issued for use in the next season. Conditions will be determined by wave heights greater than 1.3 meters or winds greater than 20 knots. **Rental Conditions:** The renter must be of legal age and possess a valid navigation license as required by the rented boat. The renter must comply with all maritime laws and regulations during the rental period. An orientation and safety session is required before departure for all renters. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period. **Safety and Liability:** Life jackets will be provided for all passengers and must be worn at all times while on board. Operating the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The rental company is not responsible for personal injury or property damage during the rental period. **Weather Conditions:** The rental company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the departure in case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. A full refund or alternative rescheduling will be offered in case of cancellation due to weather conditions.
