Cancellation Policy: From the contracting party: In case of cancellation by the agency/operator: there will be no refund. If the guest/customer cannot use the vessel on the date in question, two other options that are similar or better in quality than the vessel hired as a replacement will be sent. If the replacement vessels available are of a smaller size, there will be a refund proportional to the difference in size. However, there will be no refund of the total amount in case the vessel is changed due to technical problems.
