 Our boat has a total capacity for 48 people including the crew and we rent to exclusive groups with a maximum of 40 passengers. The value of rental varies according to the duration and number of passengers.  Tours in Cagarras, beaches on the south side or in the oceanic region of Niterói we suggest a minimum of 4 hours, but depending on weather conditions the itinerary can be changed on the day of departure! On weekends we offer two shifts, the morning ending at 1pm and the afternoon starting from 2pm. During the week we have greater flexibility of schedules. We can hire buffet with open bar, DJ, but if you prefer you can provide these services yourself! If you want to use the barbecue, you will need to hire a professional who is dedicated exclusively to your activity without drinking  alcoholic beverages! If the reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the rental date, 30% of the payment made at the time of the reservation will be retained, with the remainder returned within two business days. If the reservation is canceled with 8 days or less in advance, the payment made at the time of the reservation will not be refunded, being possible to reschedule the freight according to the vessel's availability.    Cancellation by the OWNER: The OWNER only when the weather conditions are considered unsuitable for navigation may cancel a lease giving the lessee the choice of returning the full value of the contracted freight or setting a new date for the freight. Inappropriate conditions are understood as lack of visibility caused by fog or heavy rain that prevents visibility, winds above 20 knots, or 'hard sea' according to the bad weather notices published in METEOROMARINHA through the Hydrography and Navigation Directorate- DHN of the Brazilian Navy. Failure to comply with the clauses of this term, disobedience to the security rules and inappropriate attitudes of the LESSEE and his guests during the freight, contrary to the instructions provided by the COMMANDER, or authorized crew will result in the suspension of the tour and the vessel will return to its port of origin, exempting the owner any reimbursement. If after delivery and acceptance (Check in), and when navigating within the navigation area defined in this term, clause four, the vessel suffers an engine or equipment failure, rendering the OWNER inoperable, it will give the lessee the choice of:    Return of the full value of the contracted freight, OR new shipping period, subject to availability.
