Activities are subject depending on weather conditions. We may cancel or postpone activities by force majeure events. Terms of booking: In case of cancellation of the reservation, you must contact us within 24 hours from the time of the activity, in this case you will only be charged 7% of the reservation, if informed within 24 hours before the activity, you will charge 25% of the reservation. In case of postponing the activity within 24 hours there will be no charge, and the reservation will be adjusted depending on availability of the company. In situations of force majeure, adverse weather, or any other conditions, the activity will be evaluated and re-scheduled depending on availability. Please Note: Children under 15 years must be accompanied by a parent.
