Nature: Our tours are private and exclusive, only your group will be on board. Crew: There will be a skipper and a co-skipper taking care of you, both certified and qualified to drive the boat, handle equipment and execute safety procedures. Change tour type: Request to change the duration of the tour (full day – half day) or the destination is not guaranteed.  Change of plans: It is not possible to change plan or take another tour after embarkation if you request it, although we will do our best to satisfy you. Responsibility: The skipper is responsible for the route and the stop overs. They are experienced and knowledgeable, so please trust them and you will have a great time.  Communication: All our people speak fluent English.  Passengers: Our boats’ protocol is for 12 people on board, including the crew. To better serve you, we intend not to board more than 8, ideally up to 6. What is included in the price: We will serve you savory snack platters & fruit platters, bottled wine, refreshments, fresh water, ice. We have deck shower, indoor full size bathroom, HiFi sound system, free WiFi and chargers, sea towels, SUP/paddleboard (weather permitting), snorkeling and sea toys and equipment such as masks, flippers & snorkels, etc. What is not included in the price: We do not serve hot meals and we do not encourage it for a better experience. We can arrange to stop at a local restaurant if we know it in advance. Gratuities: Please note that gratuities for the crew are not included in the quoted price and are highly appreciated by the crew.  GDPR Compliance: The coastguard requires us to have some information about you, such as full names, dates of birth, residence, passport numbers and at least 2 telephone numbers. We will not keep this data for no more that it is required for that purpose. We will not use your personal information for any other reason rather than the charter of the boat. Availability: If a particular boat is not available for any reason, we will propose a substitution with a similar or better boat. Liability: For third party services such as transportation, tour guide, decorators, etc. we are not held responsible, although we carefully select our partners, and we appreciate your feedback. Allowance: This is the amount up to which you can be charged, in case of loss or damage of equipment. Extras: Extra services are charged ad hoc, cannot be guaranteed, and are provided at your expense and need to be arranged 10 workdays before embarkation. Prerequisites: Passport info for every passenger is required for the Hellenic Coastguard for the PAX List.  What to bring: Comfortable shoes, jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, passport or ID card. What NOT to bring: Oversize luggage, food and drinks (we can provide extras). Cancellation policy: The cruise will be reasonably adjusted or cancelled if the weather is such that the Port Authority does not allow the charter to be conducted. In this case, we will offer to reschedule or the customer is entitled to a 100% refund. Cancellation requests need to be sent in writing and will be effective on the date they are received by us. If the cancellation is requested more than 15 work days prior to the cruise date, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund. If the cancellation is requested less than 15 work days prior to the cruise date, the customer is not entitled to any refund amount. We are not liable for any personal emergencies that might affect the customer, including health-related incidents, or travel disruptions prior or after the scheduled cruise. In case the yacht is not able to safely perform the cruise, we will try to substitue or reschedule, or else the customer is entitled to a 100% refund. Physical Access: Embarkation / disembarkation point is near public transportation. Participation: Most people can participate, for special accessibility needs, contact our office. Boats are not wheelchair accessible.
