Sunscreen should be applied beforehand or downwind on a swim deck Pets NOT allowed (Exceptions may be made for service dogs) No grilling on the boat No smoking on the boat (off boat is ok) Vaping/dipping ARE allowed on the boat No Glass allowed aside from liquor in a padded cooler or bag FAQS: 1. How old do you have to be to rent a pontoon boat? You must be 18 years of age or older to rent the boat. If born after 1987 you must have a valid boater’s safety course recognized by US Coast Guard and Florida FWC. 2. Can I cancel the reservation? Yes. You can cancel your reservation for a 100% refund within 5 days of the scheduled rental. 3. What if there is bad weather? You will receive a 100% refund for cancellations due to weather per the Coastal Marine Warnings and regulations if rental doesn't leave dock 4. What are the standard boat rental hours? Normal rental hours start at 10 AM 5. What is the security deposit? $500 6. Do you offer food and drinks to go? No 7. Do I get money back if I return the boat early? We do not offer refunds for boats that are returned earlier than the expected return time. 8. Do I get charged if I don't show up for the rental? No shows on the reservation are charged for the reserved rental 9. What items should I bring on the pontoon boat? - Drinks - Sunscreen, hats & Sunglasses - Towels - Food or snacks - Floats - Small backpacks for personal items - phone charging/USB cords -dollar store rain ponchos 10. Do you provide life jackets? Yes. We are required by law to have one life jacket for every person on board our rental boats. Children under 7 are required by law to wear life jackets while under-way. We strongly recommend that all children and non-swimmers wear life jackets at all times when the boat is in motion and while swimming in the fast moving currents at Crab Island! 11. Is there music on the boat? The boat radio workS while the boat is in motion, but cannot be left on while the boat is anchored at Crab Island as it will kill the battery. WE DO OFFER A LARGE BLUETOOTH PARTY SPEAKER FOR RENT!! 12. What time should I show up for my boat rental? We recommend getting here 30 minutes prior to your boat rental reservation to complete the required paperwork. 13. Do you allow dogs on the boat? No Any damages or "EXTRA" out of the ordinary cleaning costs will be the responsibility of the renter.
